Policy Exchanges, Replacements or Surrenders. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Parties to this Agreement, (i) the Company will not institute, promote, or encourage any exchange, replacement or surrender program with respect to the LBL Contracts; and (ii) the Company shall not use any information regarding the LBL Contracts, including information regarding the Contractholders, other than for purposes of complying with its obligations under the Administrative Services Agreement and this Agreement or as otherwise required by Applicable Law.
