Policy Interests. 3.1 The Participant shall be the owner of the Policy and shall assign to the Company an interest as determined in Paragraph 3.3 (the “Company’s Policy Interest”). 3.2 For the purposes of this Agreement, the term “Cash Value” shall mean the cash surrender value of the Policy as defined in the Insurer’s policy form (the “Insurer’s Policy/Contract”) as identified in Exhibit “B” attached hereto and made a part hereof.
