Policy Interpretation. This Policy is subject to the laws of the Hong Kong and the parties hereto agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Hong Kong.

If the employee gives birth after the expected due date, the length of the leave is not extended. A leave granted in excess of the required minimum does not relieve the employer of its obligations under s.54 of the Act.
