Personal Accident Clause Samples

The Personal Accident clause provides financial compensation to individuals who suffer bodily injury, disability, or death as a result of an accident. Typically, this clause outlines the specific events covered, such as accidental injuries occurring during work or travel, and details the benefits payable, which may include lump-sum payments or reimbursement of medical expenses. Its core function is to offer financial protection and support to the insured or their beneficiaries in the event of unforeseen accidents, thereby mitigating the financial impact of such incidents.
