Policy on Compliance in Contracts. Without limiting any remedy available under section 9 of Exhibit C to this contract, or as otherwise provided by law, in the event of a default by Contractor or other noncompliance with the terms of this Contract, County may, in the sole and absolute discretion of County, require Contractor to comply with County’s procedure for identifying and correcting non-compliance in contracts, which procedure is set forth in the First 5 Xxxxxx Children and Families Commission Policy on Compliance in Contracts.
