Common use of Policy Payments Account Clause in Contracts

Policy Payments Account. The separate Eligible ---------------------------------- Account created and maintained by the Trustee pursuant to Section 4.05(c) in the name of the Trustee for the benefit of the Class A-11 Certificateholders and designated "The Bank of New York in trust for registered holders of CWMBS, Inc. Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 1997-1, Class A-11". Funds in the Class A-11 Policy Payments Account shall be held in trust for the Class A-11 Certificateholders for the uses and purposes set forth in this Agreement.

Funds in the Class A-11 A-9 Policy Payments Account shall be held in trust for the Class A-11 A-9 Certificateholders for the uses and purposes set forth in this Agreement.
