Common use of POLICY TERMINATION Clause in Contracts

POLICY TERMINATION. This Policy shall be terminated in any one of the following circumstances: a. All coverage under this Policy will be terminated when any premium pertaining to the Policy is not paid at the end of the Grace Period and termination shall be deemed effective as from the relevant due date for payment of premium; or b. Upon the death of the Insured Person; or c. Upon the payment of 100% of benefits as provided for Personal Accident under Section 4 of this Policy; or d. The Policy Expiry Date; or x. the date the Insured Person returns permanently to Hong Kong after completion or interruption of his/her education at the OEI; or f. The individual coverage of the Insured Person under this Policy will be terminated on the next premium due date following attainment of seventy (70) years of age.
