Common use of Policy Territory Clause in Contracts

Policy Territory. We cover losses which occur during the “Coverage Period” within the United States and Canada, but only if the “Loss” arises out of a vehicle which is rented in the state of New York. Policy territory does not include Mexico.

We cover losses which that occur during the “Coverage Period” Period within the United States States, Its territories and possessions, Puerto Rico and Canada, but only if the “Loss” loss arises out of a vehicle “rental vehicle” which is rented in the state of New York. The Policy territory Territory does not include Mexico.
