Common use of Poll Clause in Contracts

Poll. On every extraordinary resolution, and on any other question submitted to a meeting upon which a poll is directed by the chairman or requested by one or more of the Warrantholders acting in person or by proxy, a poll shall be taken in such manner as the chairman shall direct. Questions other than an extraordinary resolution shall be decided by a majority of the votes cast on a poll.
