Pollution Control Equipment Information. Contractor shall supply Owner with all reasonable information requested by Owner for qualifying air, water or noise pollution control and other equipment for exemption from sales and use taxes, property taxes and any other tax credits, refunds or exemptions available to Owner. Owner shall supply Contractor with all reasonable information and cost analyses requested by Contractor for qualifying air, water or noise pollution control equipment for exemption from sales and use taxes, property taxes and any other credits, refunds or exemptions available to Contractor.
