Common use of Pool Allocated Precious Metal Clause in Contracts

Pool Allocated Precious Metal. Pool Allocated Precious Metal will be stored by us as bailee on the following terms: (a) you will own, as an owner in common with other specified clients participating in the same pool of Pool Allocated Precious Metal, an undivided interest in an identified pool of Precious Metal; (b) Pool Allocated Precious Metal will not be used by us in any manner at any time during the period of storage; (c) Pool Allocated Precious Metal shall be physically segregated and separated from other clients’ (other than clients participating in the same pool of Pool Allocated Precious Metal) and our own Precious Metal in the Storage Facility and all bar reference numbers will be recorded to identify each pool of Pool Allocated Precious Metal; and (d) we will charge you a storage fee for Pool Allocated Precious Metal storage in accordance with Clause 6.2.
