Common use of Pool Collections and Allocations Clause in Contracts

Pool Collections and Allocations. The Servicer shall instruct the Indenture Trustee to apply all funds on deposit in the Collection Account as described in the Indenture and each Supplement. Except as otherwise provided below, the Servicer shall transfer all Pool Collections and other Transferred Assets consisting of cash or cash equivalents from the Lockbox Accounts into the Collection Account as promptly as possible after the date of receipt of such Pool Collections, but in no event later than the second Business Day following the date of receipt.
