Common use of Pooled Mortgage Loans Clause in Contracts

Pooled Mortgage Loans. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement or any other Principal Agreement, each of Seller and Guarantor shall not, directly or indirectly, replace any Related Mortgage Loan with a Mortgage-Backed Security pursuant to Section 3.7 that includes any mortgage loans in the related Pool that do not include such Related Mortgage Loans that such Mortgage-Backed Security replaced.
