Common use of Pooling Letters Clause in Contracts

Pooling Letters. Parent and the Company shall have received letters from KPMG LLP and BDO Xxxxxxx LLP, dated as of the Closing Date, in each case addressed to Parent and the Company, stating in substance the matters to be stated by KPMG LLP and BDO Xxxxxxx LLP, pursuant to Section 5.2(b) and Section 5.3(b), respectively.

Pooling Letters. Parent and the Company shall have received letters from KPMG LLP and BDO Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx LLP, in each case dated as of the Closing Date, in each case addressed to Parent and the Company, stating in substance the matters to be stated by KPMG LLP and BDO Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx LLP, pursuant to Section 5.2(b) Sections 6.09 and Section 5.3(b)6.10, respectively.
