Common use of Pooling of Interests Clause in Contracts

Pooling of Interests. HUBCO shall have received a letter, dated the Closing Date, from its accountants, Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx, reasonably satisfactory to HUBCO and IBSF, to the effect that, based on a review of this Agreement and related agreements and the facts and circumstances known to it, the Merger shall be qualified to be treated by HUBCO as a pooling-of-interests for accounting purposes.
