Common use of Pooling of Subject Interests Clause in Contracts

Pooling of Subject Interests. Certain Subject Interests have been, or may have been, heretofore pooled and unitized for the production of Minerals. Such Subject Interests are and shall be subject to the terms and provisions of the applicable pooling and unitization agreements and orders, and the Royalty Interest in each pooled or unitized Subject Interest shall apply to and affect only the Minerals produced from such units that accrues to such Subject Interest under and by virtue of the applicable pooling and unitization agreements and orders.
