Port Right to Alter Airport. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Airline acknowledges and agrees that the Port shall have the right at all times to change, alter, expand or contract the Airport and that the Port has made no representations, warranties or covenants to Airline regarding the design, construction, pedestrian traffic, or views of the Airport.
