Port Rights of Access. Without limiting the rights of Port in its regulatory capacity, Port and its Agents will have the right of access to the Premises to the extent reasonably necessary to carry out the purposes of this Work Letter, including, but not limited to, the inspection of the work being performed in constructing the Initial Tenant Improvements upon reasonable prior written notice to Tenant during regular business hours; provided, however, Port shall take such reasonable action necessary to minimize any interference with Tenant's construction activities. Port will provide Tenant promptly upon request with a copy of any written reports prepared by Port or its Agents with respect to the Initial Tenant Improvements under any such inspection, subject to withholding documents otherwise privileged or confidential. Port disclaims any warranties, representations and statements made in any such reports, will have no liability or responsibility with respect to any such warranties, representations and statements, and will not be estopped from taking any action (including, but not limited to, later claiming that the construction of the Initial Tenant Improvements is defective, unauthorized or incomplete) nor be required to take any action as a result of any such inspection.

  • Rights of Ingress and Egress The rights of ingress to, and egress from, Government facilities for the Contractor's personnel must be specified in the task order. Specific federally-controlled facilities or those areas located within a given facility may have additional security clearance requirements must be specified in the task order. Contractor employees, including Subcontractor employees, shall have in their possession, at all times while working, the specific Government identification credential issued by the Government. The identification credential shall be displayed and be visible at all times while on Government property. During all operations on Government premises, the Contractor's personnel shall comply with the rules and regulations governing the facility access policies and the conduct of personnel. The Government reserves the right to require Contractor personnel to "sign-in" upon entry and "sign-out" upon departure from the Government facilities. The Contactor shall be responsible for ensuring that all identification credentials are returned to the issuing agency whenever contract employees leave the contract, when the task order has been completed, employees leave the company, or employees are dismissed or terminated. The Contractor shall notify the issuing agency whenever employee badges are lost.

  • CONTRACT (RIGHTS OF THIRD PARTIES ACT 1999 This Agreement does not create any rights under the Contract (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 enforceable by any person who is not a party to it.

  • Exercise of access rights In exercising its access rights under clause 11.1, the Distributor must, except to the extent that the Distributor has any other binding agreement setting out its access rights directly with the Customer:

  • Right of Access 2.3.1 Upon reasonable notice, the NYISO and/or Connecting Transmission Owner may send a qualified person to the premises of the Interconnection Customer at or immediately before the time the Small Generating Facility first produces energy to inspect the interconnection, and observe the commissioning of the Small Generating Facility (including any required testing), startup, and operation for a period of up to three Business Days after initial start-up of the unit. In addition, the Interconnection Customer shall notify the NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner at least five Business Days prior to conducting any on-site verification testing of the Small Generating Facility.

  • Requirements of Rights-of-Way Pur- chaser’s road construction and use of rights-of-way identi- fied in attached list or C5.11 shall be confined to rights-of- way and limited by the related easements and stipula- tions, if any, unless Purchaser makes other arrangements that will not infringe upon or adversely affect the grantee’s rights. Easements or right-of-way documents are avail- able in the offices of the Forest Supervisor and District Ranger.

  • Grant of Access Each Registry Operator (optionally through the CZDA Provider) will provide the Zone File FTP (or other Registry supported) service for an ICANN-­‐specified and managed URL (specifically, <TLD>.xxx.xxxxx.xxx where <TLD> is the TLD for which the registry is responsible) for the user to access the Registry’s zone data archives. Registry Operator will grant the user a non-­‐exclusive, nontransferable, limited right to access Registry Operator’s (optionally CZDA Provider's) Zone File hosting server, and to transfer a copy of the top-­‐level domain zone files, and any associated cryptographic checksum files no more than once per 24 hour period using FTP, or other data transport and access protocols that may be prescribed by ICANN. For every zone file access server, the zone files are in the top-­‐level directory called <zone>.zone.gz, with <zone>.zone.gz.md5 and <zone>.zone.gz.sig to verify downloads. If the Registry Operator (or the CZDA Provider) also provides historical data, it will use the naming pattern <zone>-­‐yyyymmdd.zone.gz, etc.
