Portable Tanks. 12.1 Where applicable, portable tanks or other like containers in which Goods are delivered remain the property of Ingredion or its representatives and must be returned to Ingredion or its representatives at Buyer’s expense in good and clean condition at Ingredion’s nominated return location.
