Common use of PORTAL Clause in Contracts

PORTAL. Through the Portal, Partner may have the ability to provision, suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Portal or Service by End Customers, as applicable. Partner is limited to provisioning one account per End Customer unless otherwise provided by JumpCloud. Partner is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of all its credentials (e.g., usernames and passwords). Partner agrees (a) not to allow a third party or unauthorized users to use its account, usernames, or passwords at any time, and (b) to notify JumpCloud promptly of any actual or reasonably suspected unauthorized use of or access to its account, usernames, or passwords, or any other breach or suspected breach of this Agreement of which it becomes aware. To the extent required by applicable law, Partner shall obtain consent from End Customers for JumpCloud to process Personal Data under this Agreement. Partner’s use of the Portal and the Portal capabilities is entirely at Partner’s risk. JumpCloud expressly disclaims all liability arising from Partner’s use of the Portal.
