Portfolio Performance Data. On the first Reporting Date of each calendar month, Seller will furnish to Administrative Agent (i) in the event the Transaction Mortgage Loans and Contributed REO Properties are serviced on a “retained” basis, an electronic Transaction Mortgage Loan and Contributed REO Property performance data, including, without limitation, delinquency reports and volume information, broken down by product (i.e., delinquency, foreclosure and net charge off reports) and (ii) electronically, in a format mutually acceptable to Administrative Agent and Seller, servicing information, including, without limitation, those fields reasonably requested by Administrative Agent from time to time, on a loan by loan basis and in the aggregate, with respect to the Transaction Mortgage Loans and Contributed REO Properties serviced by Seller or any Servicer for the month (or any portion thereof) prior to the Reporting Date. In addition to the foregoing information on each Reporting Date, Seller will furnish to Administrative Agent such information upon (i) the occurrence and continuation of an Event of Default and (ii) upon any Transaction Mortgage Loan becoming an Aged Loan.
