Common use of Portfolio Transaction Clause in Contracts

Portfolio Transaction. Buyer and Seller acknowledge and agree that an extension of any date or time period under any Other Property Purchase Agreement (including without limitation, the expiration of the applicable due diligence period, title review period or the applicable closing date), shall automatically constitute an extension of the corollary date or time period hereunder. In the event that any Other Property Purchase Agreement is terminated for any reason, Buyer shall have the option to terminate this Agreement and have its Deposit returned.
