Porting of Reserved Numbers. The End User Customers of each Party may port Reserved Numbers from one Party to the other Party via LNP. Qwest will port telephone numbers previously reserved by the End User Customer via the appropriate retail Tariffs until these reservations expire. Qwest will reserve telephone numbers in accordance with the FCC's rules.
