Portions of Investment. The Net Investment shall be allocated to tranches (each a “Portion of Investment”) having Rate Periods and accruing Yield at the Rate Types specified and determined in accordance with this Section 2.4. At any time, each Portion of Investment shall have only one Rate Period and one Rate Type. In addition, at any time when the Net Investment is not divided into more than one portion, “Portion of Investment” means 100% of the Net Investment.
