Common use of Port’s Assets Clause in Contracts

Port’s Assets. (a) In consideration of the Concessionaire agreeing to perform and discharge its obligations as set forth in this Agreement, the Concessioning Authority hereby grants to the Concessionaire, the exclusive right to enter upon, occupy and use the Project Site and Port’s Assets for the purpose of implementing the Project and provision of Project Facilities and Services pursuant thereto in accordance with this Agreement. (b) The Concessionaire shall at its costs, charges and expenses make such development and improvements in the Project Site and Port’s Assets as may be necessary or appropriate for implementing the Project and providing Project Facilities and Services, in accordance with the Agreement, Applicable Laws and Applicable Permits.

Port’s Assets. (b) The Concessionaire shall at its costs, charges and expenses make such development and improvements in the Project Site and Port’s Assets as may be necessary or appropriate for implementing the Project and providing Project Facilities and Services, Services in accordance with the Agreement, Applicable Laws and Applicable Permits.

(b) The Concessionaire shall at its costs, charges and expenses make such development and improvements in the Project Site and Port’s Assets as may be necessary or appropriate for implementing the Project and providing Project Facilities and Services, Services in accordance with the Agreement, Applicable Laws and Applicable Permits.
