Common use of Port's Rights Regarding Premises Clause in Contracts

Port's Rights Regarding Premises. Port shall have the full right and authority to make, revoke, impose, and amend any Rules and Regulations pertaining to and reasonably necessary for the proper use, operation and maintenance of the Facility. If no Rules and Regulations currently exist for the Facility, Tenant agrees to be bound by any Rules and Regulations Port later imposes on the Facility. Tenant also acknowledges that Port's exercise of any of its rights regarding the Premises and other Port property in the vicinity of the Premises will not entitle Tenant to any abatement or diminution of Rent.

Tenant also acknowledges that Port's exercise of any of its rights regarding the Premises and other Port property in the vicinity of the Premises will not entitle Tenant to any abatement or diminution of Rent.
