Common use of Position and Duties/Company Clause in Contracts

Position and Duties/Company. The Executive agrees to serve as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer for the Company and the Holding Company, and to perform all reasonable duties assigned to him by the Chief Executive Officer of the Company and the Holding Company or Chief Operating Officer of the Company. The Executive shall, as the Holding Company or the Company designates, report to either the Chief Operating Officer or Chief Executive Officer of the Company.

The Executive shall, as the Holding Company or the Company designates, shall report to either the Chief Operating Officer or Chief Executive Officer of the Company.

(the “Holding Company”), to hold the title of Chief Financial Officer of the Company and Holding Company, and to perform all such other reasonable duties as may be assigned to him by the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company and the Holding Company or Chief Operating Officer of the Company. The Executive shall, as the Holding Company or the Company designates, shall report to either the Chief Operating Officer or President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company.

The Executive Officer of shall report to the Company and the Holding Company or Chief Operating Officer of the Company. The Executive shall, Company or to such other officer as the Holding Company or may determine in the Company designates, report to either the Chief Operating Officer or Chief Executive Officer of the Companyfuture.
