Common use of Position and Duties of Officer Clause in Contracts

Position and Duties of Officer. Officer will serve as Executive Vice President of Employer. Officer agrees to serve in such position, or in such other positions of a similar status or level as Employer determines from time to time, and to perform the commensurate duties that Employer may assign from time to time to Officer until the expiration of the term or such time as Officer's employment with Employer is terminated pursuant to this Agreement.

Position and Duties of Officer. Officer will serve as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, of Employer. Officer agrees to serve in such position, or in such other positions title upon which Employer and Officer agree. Employer agrees that Officer's duties under this Agreement will be the usual and customary duties of a similar status or level an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, consistent with the foregoing, as Employer determines from time to time, and to perform the commensurate duties that Employer may assign are determined from time to time to Officer until by the expiration Board, and will not be inconsistent with the provisions of the term Certificate of Incorporation of Employer or such time as Officer's employment with Employer is terminated pursuant to this Agreementapplicable law.

Officer agrees to serve in such position, or in such other positions of a similar status or level as Employer determines from time to time, and to perform the commensurate duties that Employer may assign from time to time to Officer until the expiration of the term or such time as Officer's ’s employment with Employer is terminated pursuant to this Agreement.

Position and Duties of Officer. Officer will serve as Executive Vice President of Managed Care reporting to Employer's Chief Executive Officer. Officer agrees to serve in such position, position or in such other positions of a similar status or Senior Officer level position as Employer determines from time to time, and to perform the Officer level duties commensurate duties that with Officer's professional abilities and qualifications on a part-time basis as Employer may assign from time to time to Officer until the expiration of the term or such time as Officer's employment with Employer is terminated pursuant to this Agreementterminated.

Officer agrees to serve in such position, or in such such. other positions of a similar status or level as Employer determines from time to time, and to perform the commensurate duties that Employer may assign from time to time to Officer until the expiration of the term or such time as Officer's ’s employment with Employer is terminated pursuant to this Agreement.
