Common use of Position and Duties of the Executive Clause in Contracts

Position and Duties of the Executive. (a) During the Employment Term, the Executive shall serve as the Chief Executive Officer of the Company and a member of the Board, reporting directly to the Board. The Executive shall have such duties, responsibilities and authority commensurate with the Executive’s positions in a company the size and nature of the Company and such related duties and responsibilities, as from time to time may be assigned to the Executive by the Board, consistent with his position in the Company. During the Employment Term, the Executive shall perform his duties in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area, Texas.

The Executive shall have such duties, responsibilities and authority commensurate with the Executive’s positions in a company the size and nature of the Company position and such related duties and responsibilities, as from time to time may be assigned to the Executive by the BoardReporting Person, consistent with his the Executive’s position in the Company. During the Employment Term, the Executive shall perform his duties in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area, Texas.

Worth area, Texas, provided that the Executive may perform his duties from his home office on a limited basis subject to business requirements and to keeping the Reporting Person fully informed of his whereabouts.
