Position Duties Term Clause Samples
The "Position; Duties; Term" clause defines the employee's job title, outlines their primary responsibilities, and specifies the duration of their employment. Typically, this clause will state the official position the employee is being hired for, describe the main tasks or functions they are expected to perform, and indicate whether the employment is for a fixed term or at-will. By clearly establishing these key aspects at the outset, the clause helps prevent misunderstandings about job expectations and the length of the employment relationship.
