Common use of Position of Asset Monitor Clause in Contracts

Position of Asset Monitor. Other than in relation to the testing by the Asset Monitor of the arithmetic accuracy of calculations in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, the Asset Monitor is entitled, in the absence of a Manifest Error, to assume that all information provided to the Asset Monitor in accordance with Clause 4 is true and correct and is complete and not misleading and is not required to conduct an audit or other similar examination in respect of or otherwise take steps to verify the accuracy or completeness of such information save that the Asset Monitor will be required to advise the Administrator and the CBC if it is not or has not been provided with any of those figures referred to in Clause 4.1, 4.2 or
