Common use of Positions; Duties Clause in Contracts

Positions; Duties. During the Employment Term (as defined in Section 2), the Company shall employ Executive as the President of the Company. Executive shall report to the Chief Executive Officer and the Board of Directors of the Company. The Executive shall have and perform such duties as are consistent with the Executive’s experience, expertise and position as shall be assigned to the Executive from time to time . and such other duties as may be assigned to Executive by the Chief Executive Officer or the Board of Directors that are consistent with Executive’s position as President of the Company.

Positions; Duties. During the Employment Term (as defined in Section 2), the Company shall employ Executive as the President General Counsel of the Company. Executive shall report to the Chief Executive Officer and the Board of Directors of the Company. The Executive shall have and perform such duties as are consistent with the Executive’s experience, expertise and position as equity in the Company under the Merger Agreement shall be assigned to set forth in an award granted on or before the Executive from time to time . and such other duties as may be assigned to Executive by the Chief Executive Officer or the Board date of Directors that are consistent with Executive’s position as President of the Companythis Agreement.

Executive shall report to the Chief Executive Officer and the Board of Directors of the Company. The Executive shall have and perform such duties as are consistent with the Executive’s experience, expertise and position as equity in the Company under the Merger Agreement shall be assigned to set forth in an award granted on or before the Executive from time to time . and such other duties as may be assigned to Executive by the Chief Executive Officer or the Board date of Directors that are consistent with Executive’s position as President of the Companythis Agreement.
