Positive balance. Other than financing induced by balance transfers, which are subject to the provisions of article 6-2, Crédit Agricole Leasing & Factoring undertakes to pay the client any available current account balance, on a daily basis, at no cost to the client, by automatic transfer to a bank account of the client for which it has provided Crédit Agricole Leasing & Factoring with the appropriate account information.
