Positive Determination Projects. If the REU classifies a project in the Positive Determination category, then it will send a completed IEE to the GMA with a recommendation to that effect. The IEE will provide a justification for this recommendation based on the magnitude and type of the project. The IEE will also provide a preliminary set of environmental issues which the IEE believes that the Environmental Assessment should be considered.
