POSSESSION AND CLOSING. Settlement or closing shall be on or before January 10 , 20 23 or after objections to title have been cleared. Possession of the property shall be delivered to the Buyer on CLOSING in its present condition, ordinary wear and tear excepted. If closing is delayed at fault of Buyer, Buyer shall pay 6 % interest on all unpaid amounts from January 20, 2023 to date of closing. Buyer will not pay interest under this provision if closing is delayed at the fault of Seller.
