Common use of POSSESSION AND CONTROL OF THE STATION Clause in Contracts

POSSESSION AND CONTROL OF THE STATION. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, between the date of this Agreement and the Closing Date, Buyer shall not directly or indirectly control, supervise or direct, or attempt to control, supervise or direct, the operations of the Station, and the conduct of such business operations, including control and supervision of programming, shall be the sole responsibility of, and in the complete discretion and independent and separate control of, Sellers, subject to the terms of Section 6.1. Neither title to the Station, the Broadcasting Assets nor right to possession thereof shall pass to Buyer until the Closing Date. After the Closing, Sellers shall have no right to control the Station and Sellers shall have no reversionary rights in the Station.
