Common use of POSSESSION CLOSING Clause in Contracts

POSSESSION CLOSING. Sellers shall give Buyers possession of the Real Estate on or about December 29, 2020, provided Buyers are not in default under this contract, and subject to tenant’s rights on tillable acres, hay ground, pasture and buildings, until February 28, 2021. Closing shall be on or about December 29, 2020.

POSSESSION CLOSING. Sellers shall give Buyers possession of the Real Estate on or about December 29May 21, 20202021, provided Buyers are not in default under this contract, and subject to tenant’s rights on tillable acres, hay ground, pasture and buildings, until February 28, 2021. Sellers shall give Buyers immediate possession of the Real Estate on or about December 29September 3, 2020, provided Buyers are not in default under this contract, and subject to tenant’s rights on tillable acres, hay ground, pasture and buildings, until February 28, 2021. contract Closing shall be on or about December 29October 5, 2020.

POSSESSION CLOSING. Sellers shall give Buyers possession of the Real Estate on or about December 2918, 2020, provided Buyers are not in default under this contract, and subject to tenant’s rights on tillable acres, hay ground, pasture and buildings, until February 28, 2021. Closing shall be on or about before December 2918, 2020.

Sellers Seller shall give Buyers possession of the Real Estate on October 30, 2020 or about December 29, 2020at closing, provided Buyers are not in default under this contract, and subject to tenant’s rights on tillable acres, hay ground, pasture and buildings, until February 28, 2021. Closing shall be on October 30, 2020 or about December 29, 2020by agreement of the parties.
