POSSESSION CLOSING. Sellers shall give Buyers possession of the Real Estate simultaneous with closing, provided Buyers are not in default under this contract. Closing shall be as soon as reasonably practical after merchantable title has been established, with a tentative closing date of January 6, 2020.
