POSSESSION/COMMENCEMENT DATE. Landlord shall deliver possession of the Premises to Tenant in accordance with the terms of the Purchase and Sale Agreement between Landlord and Rock Bottom Restaurants, Inc., dated February ___, 1998. The date of delivery of possession shall herein be referred to as the Lease Commencement Date.
