Possession Following Substantial Completion. Unless Owner has earlier taken possession and control of the Ethanol Plant and the Work pursuant to the terms hereof, Owner shall take possession and control of the Ethanol Plant and the Work on the Substantial Completion Date. Possession and control of the FBG shall pass to Owner in accordance with the terms of the FBG Purchase Agreement. Contractor shall thereafter use all reasonable efforts to minimize interference with Owner’s operation of the Facility while completing the Work under this Agreement, and Owner shall cooperate fully with Contractor until Final Acceptance Date.
