Possession for Fit-Out. In case the allottee seeks permission for carrying out Fit- out within his apartment, he will be permitted to do so only upon receiving the completion certificate (or at least after application for grant of CC is made) and upon payment of the entire consideration and Extras and Deposits as provided herein as provided in schedule-L. During this time the allottee will not be entitled to live in the apartment till Occupation certificate or Completion Certificate or Partial Occupation Certificate or Partial Completion Certificate as the case may be, is received and Deed of Conveyance is executed and registered.
