Common use of Possession of Engines Clause in Contracts

Possession of Engines. (a) During the Term, Lessee shall be entitled to the possession and use of each of the Engines. Lessee shall not, without the prior written consent of Lessor, transfer possession of any of the Engines to any person or entity; provided, however, that, so long as no Event of Default shall have occurred and be continuing, Lessee may, without the prior written consent of Lessor, exercise the following rights.
