Possession of Leased Property; Storage. If SRA takes possession of the Leased Premises upon Lessee’s default, SRA may expel Lessee and those claiming through or under Lessee and remove their property. SRA may remove all of Lessee’s property in or upon the Leased Premises and place such property in storage for the account, and at the sole expense, of Lessee.
