Common use of Possession of Licenses Clause in Contracts

Possession of Licenses. To my knowledge, except as disclosed in the General Disclosure Package, the Company and each of its subsidiaries possess adequate Licenses issued by appropriate governmental agencies or bodies necessary to conduct the business as now operated by them as described in the General Disclosure Package and, except as described in the General Disclosure Package, I am not aware of the receipt of any notice of proceedings relating to the revocation or modification of any such License that, if determined adversely to the Company or any of its subsidiaries, would individually or in the aggregate have a Material Adverse Effect.
