Common use of Possession of Loan Documents Clause in Contracts

Possession of Loan Documents. Borrower shall maintain possession of all electronic loan documents evidencing Financed Loans, including without limitation the Financed Loan Notes (electronically endorsed to Administrative Agent), and shall not transfer such loan documents to any Person. Administrative Agent acknowledges that Borrower will issue Borrower Securities to Lender Members.
