(a) Upon the delivery to each Transferor of the consideration set forth in Section 2.01, the ownership of each Transferor's Mortgage Notes, related Mortgages and the contents of the related Mortgage Files are vested in the related Transferee. (b) Pursuant to Section 2.04, each Transferor has delivered or caused to be delivered each Transferees' Mortgage File with respect to its Mortgage Loans to the related Transferee.
