Common use of Possession of Permits Clause in Contracts

Possession of Permits. The Adviser has such Permits as are necessary to own its property and to conduct its business in the manner described in the Preliminary Prospectus and the Prospectus; the Adviser has fulfilled and performed all its material obligations with respect to such Permits and no event has occurred which allows, or after notice or lapse of time would allow, revocation or termination thereof or results in any other material impairment of the rights of the Adviser under any such Permit.

Possession of Permits. The Adviser has such Permits licenses, permits and authorizations of governmental or regulatory authorities (“permits”) as are necessary to own its property and to conduct its business in the manner described in the Preliminary Prospectus and the Prospectus; the Adviser has fulfilled and performed all its material obligations with respect to such Permits permits and no event has occurred which allows, or after notice or lapse of time would allow, revocation or termination thereof or results in any other material impairment of the rights of the Adviser under any such Permitpermit.

Possession of Permits. The Adviser has such Permits licenses, permits and authorizations of governmental or regulatory authorities (“permits”) as are necessary to own its property and to conduct its business in the manner described in the Preliminary Prospectus and the Prospectus; the Adviser has fulfilled and performed all its material obligations with respect to such Permits permits and no event has occurred which allows, or after notice or lapse of time would allow, revocation or termination thereof or results in any other material impairment of the rights of the Adviser under any such Permitpermit.

The Adviser has such Permits Permits, if any, as are necessary to own its property and to conduct its business in the manner described in the Preliminary Prospectus and the ProspectusProspectus except to the extent that the Adviser’s failure to have any such Permit would not have an Adviser Material Adverse Effect; the Adviser has fulfilled and performed all its material obligations with respect to such Permits and no event has occurred which allows, or after notice or lapse of time would allow, revocation or termination thereof or results in any other material impairment of the rights of the Adviser under any such Permit.

Possession of Permits. The Adviser has such Permits as are necessary to own its property and to conduct its business in the manner described in the Preliminary Prospectus and the ProspectusProspectus (except to the extent that the Adviser’s failure to have any such permit could not be reasonably expected to result in an Adviser Material Adverse Effect); the Adviser has fulfilled and performed all its material obligations with respect to such Permits and no event has occurred which allows, or after notice or lapse of time would allow, revocation or termination thereof or results in any other material impairment of the rights of the Adviser under any such Permit.

Possession of Permits. The Adviser Such Advisor has such Permits licenses, permits and authorizations of governmental or regulatory authorities (“permits”) as are necessary to own its property and to conduct its business in the manner described in the Preliminary Prospectus and the Prospectus; the Adviser such Advisor has fulfilled and performed all its material obligations with respect to such Permits permits and no event has occurred which allows, or after notice or lapse of time would allow, revocation or termination thereof or results in any other material impairment of the rights of the Adviser such Advisor under any such Permitpermit.

Possession of Permits. The Adviser has such Permits Permits, if any, as are necessary to own its property and to conduct its business in the manner described in the Preliminary Prospectus and the Prospectus, except to the extent that the failure to have any such permit would not have an Adviser Material Adverse Effect; the Adviser has fulfilled and performed all its material obligations with respect to such Permits and no event has occurred which allows, or after notice or lapse of time would allow, revocation or termination thereof or results in any other material impairment of the rights of the Adviser under any such Permit.

Possession of Permits. The Adviser Each of the Advisers has such Permits as are necessary to own its property and to conduct its business in the manner described in the Preliminary Prospectus and the Prospectus, except where the absence of such possession would not result in an Adviser Material Adverse Effect; each of the Adviser Advisers has fulfilled and performed all its material obligations with respect to such Permits and no event has occurred which allows, or after notice or lapse of time would allow, revocation or termination thereof or results in any other material impairment of the rights of the such Adviser under any such Permit.

Possession of Permits. The Adviser has such Permits as are necessary to own its property and to conduct its business in the manner described in the Preliminary Prospectus and the Prospectus, except to the extent the absence of such Permits would not have an Adviser Material Adverse Effect; the Adviser has fulfilled and performed all its material obligations with respect to such Permits and no event has occurred which allows, or after notice or lapse of time would allow, revocation or termination thereof or results in any other material impairment of the rights of the Adviser under any such Permit.

Possession of Permits. The Investment Adviser has such Permits as are necessary to own its property and to conduct its business in the manner described in the Preliminary Prospectus and the Prospectus; the Investment Adviser has fulfilled and performed all its material obligations with respect to such Permits and no event has occurred which allows, or after notice or lapse of time would allow, revocation or termination thereof or results in any other material impairment of the rights of the Investment Adviser under any such Permit.
