Possession of Pledge Certificates. 4.1 During the term of Pledge under this Agreement, the Pledgors shall deliver the physical possession of the certificate of capital contribution and the name list of shareholders of the company to the Pledgee within one (1) week as of the date of execution of this Agreement.
