Common use of Possession of records Clause in Contracts

Possession of records. 14.7.1 All title deeds and agreements to which the Company is a party and all other documents owned by, or which ought to be in the possession of or held unconditionally to the order of, the Company are in the possession of the Company. 14.7.2 The Company does not have any of its records, systems, controls, data or information recorded, stored, maintained, operated or otherwise wholly or partly dependent on or held by any means (including any electronic, mechanical or photographic process whether computerised or not) which (including all means of access thereto and therefrom) are not under the exclusive ownership and direct control of the Company.
