Common use of Possessory Interest Tax Clause in Contracts

Possessory Interest Tax. This License is a non-possessory privilege to enter and use the Harbor District property and Licensee acknowledges that in the event this License creates a possessory interest in public property, which subjects the Owner and the Owner’s property to taxation, the obligation to pay such tax, if any, shall be the sole obligation of Licensee.
